Néguac

Southern entrance to the Acadian Peninsula, the village of Néguac was founded towards the end of the 18th century when the Breau and Savoie families settled there. Fisheries and forestry have always played a key role in the village's economy, although tourism is ever increasing. The municipality is also known as the "Savoie capital".
