Comeauville

Comeauville was founded in 1772 by the two Amirault brothers, Basile and Isidore, Basile Boudreau, François Comeau and their families. Today's Comeauville represents a typical Bay Sainte-Marie village where the economy is ruled by the fisheries and tourism. Forestry also played an important role up until the 20th century.
